Shipping Online: To calculate shipping costs for an order, place the items you would like to purchase in your shopping cart. Once that the items have been added to your cart, enter your customer details, and shipping costs will be displayed. Tracking number will be emailed to customer as soon as order has shipped. Orders will usually be shipped within 48 hours, but please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. If there are unforeseen circumstances, customer will be emailed about the delay.

NY customers add 8.875% sales tax to order total.

Print out Order Form, fill it in and enclose it with a check or money order for the exact amount of the order with shipping included. If a printer is not available, write out your order on a piece of paper, Making sure to include shipping in your total amount sent.

Orders should be shipped within 48 hours, but please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for delivery (in case of any unforeseen circumstances). If you are ordering by check, please allow 7 to 10 days for your check to clear before your order is shipped.

In order to ship out orders as soon as possible, we do not process add ons to an existing order. Customer’s can place a new order for the additional items. If you are ordering from outside the U.S.A., please email us and give us your address so that we can email you the shipping charges to your destination.

RETURNS

Your transaction # and when you received your shipment. The reason for the return. We will issue a return authorization # within 72 hours. We can only receive and process shipments with a return number on the outside of the package. Merchandise must be returned to us in 100% salable condition to qualify for a refund. Please package your return properly. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. Once that we have received and processed your return, we will issue a refund immediately.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless we were at fault in filling the order.

INSURANCE

We do offer the insurance option for our customers. We highly recommend our customers to check out orders with insurance added so payment can be recovered or merchandise can be replaced in case an order has been damaged or is missing. It is the customer’s responsibility to file claims to the shipping carrier in case goods are damaged or missing during transportation, if ordered without insurance added. Refund amount is limited to the price total of the order.
